It is funny that you posted this because I asked a buddy the same thing. He said he would give me 5k and pay any fines for illegal activity and said it doesn't have to be filmed. He claims he would take my word on it and said he would seriously pay. I am tempted to go to academy and buy a sling shot and start practicing.
