I feel your pain. I just let go of a small lease I've had for 13 years partly for the same reason. i had the place to myself for the first couple years and I should have kept it that way and invited people when I wanted to. There are too many opinions involved with deer hunting.

It sounds like a great idea to get a few "like minded" buddies together and lease some property but eventually, somebody is gonna get pissed about something. I'm sure somebody on here has a bulldoodoo fairytale story about how they've have a lease for 25 years and never a single issue amongst friends. <<< horse hockey!
