My wife works for a local company "The Occasional Wife of Fairhope" that among other things help organize estate sales. A few weeks ago she began working at Mr. Tom Kelly's house sorting through his belongings and they are starting his estate sale this Friday. I helped clean out his workshop and shed and had the pleasure of talking with him a couple times - I hope to be half as sharp him when I hit 70. He has quite an impressive collection of items he is selling.
The list of items for sale include:
Beautiful wooden furniture hand made by Mr. Kelly
A fiberglass pirogue in good shape
Numerous records and vintage books
wood working tools - table saw, jointer, wood lathe, LOTS of high end hand tools
hand carved and painted duck snipe and dove decoys made by Mr. Kelly
a couple sacks of plastic duck decoys
Assorted camo outfits used by Mr. Kelly - some pieces signed by him
Household furniture
bronze castings made by Mr. Kelly
Two lamps made by Mr. Kelly use 105mm brass artillery shells
Assorted yard tools
A 14' Delta Craft with 25 Evinrude - lots of rot and per Mr. Kelly the motor doesn't run. one flat tire on the galvanized trailer
BBQ grills, smokers, lawn tools, paintings and household items.
A couple well used turkey feather dusters made by Mr. Kelly
