I've never floated that section but I have put in at Horseshoe Bend and paddled upstream when I couldn't get anyone to go with me. So I've seen the last 2 miles or so of that float. It is really slow in that section with barely any shoals to speak of. I know there are some decent shoals in that stretch but I don't thinks it's much. Like the guy above said, be prepared to paddle a lot and for it to take a while.
