Wasn't there a ruling in the last few years in Montgomery that basically said traffic camera citations were unenforceable? I thought I remembered reading about it here. Would the same apply to automated speed trap cameras? Wife's uncle is a trooper and according to him you are correct. They can't legally enforce it. civil matter, I believe. In Tuscaloosa it is with the red-light cameras. I got one 2 years ago and sent them 20 bucks but didn't sign it or anything and never heard another thing about it.
One day the right woman will come along and the next thing you know you'll be wearing her underwear!
