I like Civil War history but am not a diehard buff, so I was surprised today to hear about the post-war Sultana riverboat disaster and how the paddlewheeler had contracted to take prisoners from Andersonville and Cahaba.

Cahaba? Alabama's first capitol had a Civil War prison? I never knew that.

Not a fan of Wiki but this is quick info: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cahaba_Prison
