At my stage in life, I would not hesitate to Initiate a PIT maneuver on somebody like that, even if it tore my vehicle up. I would just insist it was a pure accident, I would not explain anything to the police other than identifying myself and handing them documentation, and I would hire a lawyer to defend me. I've got nothing but time and good insurance. And what if the guy was trying to get to the emergency room? UAB was in the opposite direction. DCH(don't come here) is in tuscaloosa. Once he cleared us he slowed down a little and got in the middle lane. He just wanted to intimidate someone. The sad thing was that he had an alabama wildlife tag. He will try to intimidate the wrong person one day.
