Had an old army vet tell me that putting your own urine in your ear would fix tinnitus. As opposed to a strangers?  I'll stick with this bumble bee that is stuck in my left ear. My ear doc told me to cut out caffeine and salt, didn't help. He was mumbling something about too much fluid in the ear something. Yep. Said it had something to do with the pH of your urine being the same as inside your ear.
