Tinnitus, or ringing/buzzing in the ears, can't be cured. According to this Beltone site you can get some relief from proper diet, exercise and avoiding more loud noises.

It also mentions that those with high blood pressure may be at risk for tinnitus.

My ears ring non-stop. I'm used to it. Aggravating sometimes but it is what it is. I don't have high blood pressure but my doctor says it's "on the edge" and always takes a good gander when I'm in for a checkup. I've lost weight in the last 3-4 years, try to eat better, walk/jog/bike maybe 20+ miles a week, etc. No meds, though.


Just curious if any of you guys with high blood pressure or tinnitus have the other? I've never heard this correlation before.
