Grilled over lump charcoal on the Kamado. Served with uncured, smoked bacon, cheddar cheese, seasoned garlic mayo, field greens, vine ripe tomatoes, on a buttered bun toasted on the griddle. Extra virgin olive oil seasoned fries on the side.
