Back many moons ago,,I had to eat rattlesnake to be able to pass a survival course in the boy scouts,,, while some scouts were reluctant to eat some ,,,as hungry as I was ,, well,, let me say I'd eat it any time,, meat was white as snow and very tasty.
the raccoon was good too.
