James, the Dothan officer worked at the school, had an office there. The Mobile officer had no tie to the school, except for having sex with a consenting 16 year old. It was legal under the law, but that dosen't make it ethical or morally right in the eyes of his employer or the community. Gotcha 
Do not regret growing older, it's a privilege denied to many!
