I hunt in one of the poorest areas of the state. Many of the locals pour out alot of corn, but just in the fall. They then attract my deer to their side of the line and shoot them.
I feel the need to point out they are not YOUR deer. Wildlife doesn't belong to you or me they belong to the state, as in everybody. Not defending your neighbors, just pointing out the common misconception.
