I've got clients with a house on Smith Lake in need of some intensive remediation of water intrusion and defects. Modern design with commercial style storefront windows and covered tile decks. Architect has done the remediation drawings. Need a smart, quality builder to tackle the project. I'm hitting dead ends up there because the multiple good builders I've met with are all super busy and are 9 months out with work.
We need this project started before summer.
