I didn't meet anyone by that name the one Leo met me well outside the site and wouldn't let me precede any further .
Yes I have thought very much this could be cartel since the guy I talked to when I caught them there had gold teeth and I mean the whole grill..at $1300 an ounce that's not cheap and money don't grow on trees.
I will say this I'm not gonna run from anyone especially on my own ground in my own country never never never
