Well guys I just left the site and LE definitely thinks its a grave but maybe not one of a child. He pointed out some thing to me that says the mound is bigger than afore mentioned also its old than just a few months.
He's gonna get an investigator out there along with a team of archeological people from UA to do a dig.

A migrant worker died and they planted him/her out in the woods due to no time and/or money for proper burial. Now every time they pass through they stop and pay their respects, is my theory.
