In this world kicking his azz could cause it to escalate into a gunfight. Today kids don't fight with your side being unarmed . Kids aren't able to drop it as they did 40 yrs ago. They get butt hurt and think they are owed a life. I view papers filed in the courthouse as a waste of time. So many lives have been snuffed out while depending on papers to protect them.
Tell your son to watch that idot and be careful. If the step dad can't fix it, I fear it will not end good. Short of SSS, I just don't know how you would deal with this. Good Luck
