You guys crack me up. That isn't a threat and it isn't a crime. Saying you have a thought about something doesn't show intent. I think about killing a lot of people, doesn't mean I am going to, have plans to do so, or have committed any crime by having the thoughts or talking about them. I havent a clue what constitutes a threat against the President, however, the Secret Service announced it is opening a investigation on Madonna's comments. I do know if you board a plane and say "I thought about blowing up this plane" , your ass will be hauled out, even though you never made any direct threat to blow the plan up, you just shared a thought.
