Do we seriously want to start prosecuting folks on their thoughts. How many of y'all on here have posted things expressing thoughts about Obama being killed? Same thing. You want them coming after us for that? The thought isn't the crime. The expression of it indicates planning at some level no matter how vague or formless. Regardless of how serious or flippant her statement was it should be checked out. It is extremely unlikely she will be prosecuted but harassing her for the purpose of a show of force isn't unusual. Just ask conservative non profit organizers how the IRS works.
