Now for all you guys hunting land loaded with deer I am not interested in a blanket rule for the whole state. Rather a system where the state could be divided into zones for more localized management. That way the people with plenty of deer can have the more liberal limits and the areas that are in need of increasing the deer herd could have more limited limits.
