A lot of land owners up that way will lease their land In split seasons...In other words they will lease to a group during the bow season, then turn around and re lease it to you or another group for the gun season...Personally I wouldn't lease a property unless it was for both...we ran into a lot of that in Illinois...most landowners we spoke with that done that wanted upwards of 40 dollars an acre... crazy Good luck on your search....
