No, they should not. MY daughter, wouldn't be able to go to school without the proper identification and neither should anybody else.
They shouldn't get medical treatment, bank accounts, housing, car loans, jobs, voting privileges or any of that stuff either. Of course, I am a cold hearted SOB and I could care less if an illegal starved to death and rotted on the side of the street.
