They can be temperamental sometimes. I've had issues with sensors & speedometer cable with my 2009 700xp. It runs well most of time but I had sensor issues twice. Drive belt also. My experience w Polaris overall is run it in low gear if you want to avoid issues. If you run it in high gear like a speed demon you'll replace the drive belt frequently. Running it under 10 mph in low gear 4wd I avoid problems. Polaris does not back their product. Worst warranty of a side by side. Dealers overcharge for parts and don't back service when same issue you fixed happens again in year or less. Then again it beats a bad boy buggy or some of the other manufacturers. For what you pay they should back these things up for 2-3 years unless breakdown is result of abuse in the woods.
