Y'all are missing the point.
When you pay alabama power, westervelt, rayonier, et. al. to hunt deer; the state gets jealous on all the lost revenue they could be getting. So they slip in all this crap to write fresh tickets. The token reps are good fellas. They want to keep it from happening to the aldeer guys. If we didnt know about it, we'd start a witch hunt sooner or later.
Its the fact that they're screwing they're own constituents. If they wanted to conserve natural resources, they would'nt be worrying about deer, they would be worrying about water sources.
I was with ya all the way, however, felt sure that last sentence was gonna say "they'd worry more about wild deer and less about high fence deer."
