State Farm does mine and it covers at the club and at home, plus being pulled between. May be a state to state thing though.

If you haven't bought them yet I can't stress enough that you oughta consider ratchet binders. Only thing that can hurt you quicker or worse than a flop style binder is a high lift jack.

I run a chain from one side, over the drawbar, back under and around the chain then to the other side of the trailer. When you cross the chain this way, it pulls on both sides equally. If you just run it across, you can be piano wire tight on the binder side and floppy on the other if the chain can't smoothly pass over whatever you're binding. Wrapping it in this way also prevents any side to side slide.
