Why the frak is Wheeler wildlife refuge open to drug dealers, joy riders, rump Rangers, folks who do donuts in crops and shucks? I mean it is called a "wildlife refuge" after all. It's bullshit the way that place gets treated and it has gates everywhere. Just keep the damn things locked. Makes me SMDH too.
