I see you are educated on these guns. Can you decipher the serial number please? Looks like a '71 model. Models made in the 60's were single digits M7=67,M8=68 M9=69 beginning in 1970 they used M70 for 1970 and so on. M was Browning's code for BAR. This system was used through 1975 which was the end of the true Belgium guns. The grade II ended when they went to assembling in Portugal. The last couple years of grade IIs had gold triggers. I had a '74 .270 with the gold trigger. Thanks!
