An old club I was in was full of people with deep pockets so hardly nobody would work they just wanted to hunt. My thoughts to get people to help do the work is work three or four work days or you don't hunt instead of paying a fine for not working days. I know of a club that has a mandatory 3 work days, and every work day you miss takes a week off the end of your season.
