A deer processor cant take it unless he is USDA certified. He will get in big trouble for that. I don't know if a butcher will take one that is dead when it gets there. They might, but, I would call ahead and find out. I'm in Athens, there's a couple of certified processors nearby and the cow has to be alive when taken, I've had time to research this as it's been an ongoing problem! Brandon bring a trailer!
