Ant67, a couple of questions. Can a judge find them not guilty even though the stipulations in the Rodgers case have been met? Second, there seems to be no evidence to support the other charges either, we're those charges also tied in with the Rodgers case law? Third, do you believe any magistrate you have ever dealt with would have even issued those warrants with that little evidence if the guy signing the warrants was an average citizen and not former law enforcement?
