failure to set stands so that you can get in and OUT without disturbing the deer, and setting stands so that wind is less of a factor. concur. Having stands or climbable trees that are easy to get to in silence is the biggest thing imo. Low pressure doesn't mean a thing when you bust every deer in the county out of your intended area as you stumble over limbs, crunch leaves, etc. I would know That's a great point.done that too with leaves making noise. I try to rake path to stands before hunting season to minimize noise but that is another visit to spread human scent. Keep it to beginning of season to minimize scent I leave
