He was parked in the middle of rd, she thought something was going on in the neighborhood. He just sat there, so she drove around him. He then drives up behind her with lights and siren on. I live at the end of a cul de sac. OK, that's $#(*@$*# bullpucks right there. He's just being a dickwad. Totally agree Clem!
