I have a buddy that leased my old NE Clark Cty MO farm that I have a lot of personal history with. He's a bow hunter only and not a hardcore hunter. He's more into taking pictures than killing. He would like to offer the farm for opening week of rifle season for two hunters @ $1500 each.

The farm consist of 240 acres with 200 AC being big beatiful mature hardwood. It's loaded with white oak. The remaining 40 AC are in 3 separate grown up fields. These fields are nasty thick with cedars and such. The last time I was there it was boarded by crops on the East side and some nearby on the West.

The farm is located in a very good county and not very far from Iowa. This farm is an awesome farm for rifle hunting and opening week is money. I never had much success bow hunting due to big timber. I saw a lot of big deer but was very hard to get them to walk by in bow range. It's a different ball game on this farm with a rifle in hand. Attached are some deer that came off the farm while I had it.

Shoot me a PM if seriously interested in these two spots.
