I have a couple of questions that maybe someone can answer:
Cullman: In downtown, there used to be a place called Allsteak. Does anyone know if they are still in business? It has been years since I have been there, but they used to have dinner rolls with a sweet orange glaze on them. Prime rib was good there too.
Mentone: There used to be a place way off the beaten path called Craigsmere Manna. It was a very nice, quiet place in an old 100+ year old house. Anyone know if it is still open? Allsteak is still around. It moved. I have not eaten there is about 10 years. It was never the same once they moved. It went way downhill after the move. The prime rib is not near as good as it used to be. They still have orange rolls and they are awesome.
