Try a piece of resized brass WITHOUT a bullet and see what happens with it. I have trimmed, chamfered and deburred several pieces of once fired brass and they chamber smooth every time. It's not until I seat a bullet that something happens and it's difficult to lock the bolt down and release it. Ok. Try this. AFTER you size , trim, and debur. PUT you brass in press WITH your seating die. Raise it all the way up, THEN see if it still chambers in your rifle WITHOUT a bullet.
