To me only true 4wd is lockers in both ends, far as I know nothing comes with lockers in both ends anymore. Jeep Rubicon is the only one that I know of. Correct. The H2s and H3s have them but arent neccesarily a "current" production vehicle. Nissans Pro4x package has rear much like the tacoma. Ive pretty well come to the conclusion if I cant find a nice H2 or H3alpha my next vehicle will be a yota or Nissan, Im sick and damn tire of turning wrenches. Im getting to old for it. Im finding some really nice Nissan Frontiers with the pro4x package that would fit my needs and are within budget. That makes me feel better what you said about the toyota auto, it was something I was unsure of 2dogs.
