ok so i can buy a $50 permit and hunt "a" feeder. for $200 i can hunt "4" feeders .
but nothing else changed about feeding .
under 116 , how will the determine restitution
them be some mighty stiff fines . class c felon to boot .
Where does it say you can hunt over the feeder? I missed that somehow....
And yes a felony for a first time offence is too harsh. I had a new member years GO take his son to a shooting house that was not ours (without knowing that) and he killed a spike out of it! He was caught and warned. He later attended West Point. He could have never gotten in West Point if he had been convicted of a felony for that. Ridiculous!!
