we just sold some for $5 per square ft We will have some to sell in less than a year. How did you find a buyer? A guy made us the offer. Barn and house was over 75 years old. Still had newspaper in the walls from the 40's. Had some boards 20 inches wide. A lot that was 15 inches wide. He also took it down. That's pretty cool and same scenario for us too. Barn and house both. Over 75 years old. It's the place my Dad grew up. He's wanting to level it. I'm going to try to talk him into keeping the barn though. It adds a cool touch to the property.
