I bought some acreage that sits way back off the county road. It has a 30 foot nonexclusive easement deeded to the property. The only other property associated with the easemant was 4 acres that eventually became available so I bought it too. So, now I own the easement, no question about it. I hope I do't ever get pissed off at myself for parking on it and tell myself that I can't do it. Might have to write myself a ticket if I do
