Yep my lab finds them for me. Any tips for training a dog? My lab has a excellent nose for one. Take your old sheds and let your dog get familiar with them. Do a few retrieves so that he gets use to having it in their mouth. Hide a few in your back yard in simple locations at first and reward whenever they find the sheds. Do this with repetition and reward. It worked well for me. My dog "Boss" has found a boat load over the years.
