a ground blind is all you need. i dont even brush them in on a road or a lane as you describe. 9 times out of 10 when they step in the road they will stop and look both ways unless they are being chased. if one steps out anything beyond 100 yards they wont even notice the blind. Ive killed a lot of deer hunting roads, fire lanes etc.
