If a farmer's hog gets out and is on your property and you shoot it not knowing if it is tame or wild do you think you should pay for it? Same thing as a deer. A hog is classified as livestock in Alabama and the law addresses that situation. Don't know the answer off of the top of my head, but it is addressed. When does a domestic hog become reclassified as wild after their escape? I bet a common answer would be "when he gets in my foodplot" or "when I see him out of the fence".
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.
