It's easy range find certain areas before the deer steps out into the woods. When you see what path he/she is going to take then you know.
Keep your HHA locked in at 30yds, shoot low if he/she is closer in. It's 10x easier to adjust closer in then further back. Had the deer been 33yds with me locked in at 30yds i would have used the bottom of my fiber optic rather the top of my fiber optic. I tend to set my sight using the top of my fiber, so i can use the bottom of the fiber as my 5yds adjust (which is about 1in-2in difference when aiming)
