1 coyote hind quarter, glands removed

Cover hind quarter in black pepper and brown in cast iron Dutch oven, add rest of ingredients and bake 8 hours at 250. Falls off the bone and will make you howl at the moon. ^^^^^Ive never used coyote. Only bobcat without the beef consume. I used a little Worcestershire sauce. Have you ever tried an armadillo? I want to but I just can't seem to kill one without busting his guts all up. You sir are one sick mofo. Ain't no way in hell I'm eating possum on a half shell.
