Herniated my C4-C5 three years ago. Worst pain of my life for about 6 weeks. Felt like someone put a knife in my shoulder and cut my arm all the way down to my left pinkie. My surgeon wanted me to have fusion surgery. I decided to wait it out and see what happened. A couple months later I felt much better and could function again. Today, I am pain free and have no problems with it. You will have problems later in life, I had my c4/5 fused together in FEB and thank god.
