I've hunted that area and it is AWESOME land. Don't know that I would pay that for deer only but someone will for sure. It would be cool to go to a place with that kind of ratio. Probably see rack bucks every trip. I bet the rut is insane over there!

Do see quite a few and yes,the rut is insane. We actually see 2 distinct ruts here.one really good one between Christmas and new years,and the whole last week or 2 of jan. You'll see and hear bucks grunting everywhere.
