I reccommend buying tree's that are for our zone. Those may not do well down here. Buy some from lowes, or better yet from Wildlife nursery out of Tuskeegee. i dont know why people keep buying these expensive trees. i can get 5 trees at mountaintop or collinsville flea markets for the price of one tree at lowes, plus i have a variety to choose from. you can go to the flea markets and find at least 15 or more different varieties of apple tree, 4 or 5 different pears, every plum you can imagine, several peach varities, persimmons, oaks, pecans, basically whatever you want in a bundle of 5 for 15 bucks. 3 dollars a tree. i have several in my yard that are doing great and bearing fruit after 2 to 3 years. lol, i just looked at wildlife nursery's page and for the price of 3 of their yates apple trees (what i like to plant for deer) i can buy 20 of them, same size, at the flea market.
Yeah c’mon. Daniel White
