Aim 4" high from where you want to hit. This is why I use multiple pins. In this case I would use my 40yd pin. Be sure to bend at the waist and not lower your bow arm.


Do you practice at 5yds or less out of a tree or have you killed deer at 5 or less from a tree?


I have killed deer this close and closer and also practice this shot from a tree and from the ground. Shooting 3d competitively you better be able to hit this shot because your competitors can.


Hmmmmmm. If I shot my near pin and held 4" high or my far pin dead on I'd spine him/her.
