It seems to be the culture these days for young high school males. Tricked out trucks are in country songs and videos as well as the hunting shows on TV. They are lead to believe before you can be cool and have good looking girl friend you must have tricked out truck and duck hunt. Ain't no different than the black boys driving 74 caprice classics with ten thousand dollars worth of tires and wheels on them listening to rap music and how the man is to be blamed for everything.

With my work I am at high schools quite often and for the life of me I don't understand how and why a parent would spend the kind of money they do on a teenage boys pickup truck. Why don't they invest that money in something that they can use later on in life like stocks or trade school and a college education instead of something that has little or no return like a used vehicle.
