When I went home for lunch I found 25 more acres of armyworms to spray on our farm today. This makes twice in every hay field we have now, this year.
I have begged our club president to put off planting but I'm afraid it's falling on deaf ears. If we plant Labor Day weekend and the worms get our fields again this year, there will be a BIG I told you so party held in my honor......
